Best Homemade Lasagna Full Recipe


                                          What is Lasagna?

Lasagna is a classic Italian dish consisting of large, flat sheets of pasta with tomatoes, cheese, and often meat or vegetables. This dish is usually baked in the oven until the cheese melts and bubbles. Known for its rich and satisfying flavor, lasagna is a popular food around the world. The origins of lasagna can be traced back to ancient Greece, but the modern version of lasagna is thought to have originated in Medieval Italy. Today, there are many varieties of lasagna, including vegetarian, seafood, and white lasagna made with white sauce instead of tomato sauce.

Here is the lasagna recipe:



Ingredients:

1. 1 pound ground beef

2. 1 onion, chopped

3. 2 cloves garlic, minced

4. 1 jar (24 ounces) of your favorite tomato pasta sauce

5. 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes

6. 2 teaspoons dried basil

7. 1 teaspoon salt

8. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

9. 1 container (15 ounces) of ricotta cheese

10. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

11. 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

12. 1 egg

13. 12 lasagna noodles

14. 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese



Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F). Cook ground beef, onion, and garlic in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and onion is tender. Get rid of excess fat. Add the pasta, tomatoes, basil, salt and pepper to the pan. Mix well and boil.

In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley and egg. Mix well.

Cook the lasagna according to the package instructions until al dente. Deplete and wash with cold water to halt the cooking handle.

In a 9x13-inch baking pan, spread a thin layer of meatballs on the bottom.

Put 3 lasagna noodles on the sauce.

This jacket is full-bodied. Spread a layer of ricotta mixture over the noodles and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.

Place another spoon of meatballs on top of the cheese and repeat a few more layers, adding a layer of meatballs and mozzarella cheese on top.

Cover the mold with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.

Remove foil and continue baking for 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Let the lasagna cool for some minutes some time recently cutting and serving.
