                              What is Moist Banana Bread?  

Moist banana bread is a cake made by mashing ripe bananas. It is called "moist" because it has a soft, tender texture that is not dry or crumbly. To have a soft texture, foods often contain ingredients such as melted butter, oil or yogurt to provide moisture to the bread. Additionally, using ripe banana puree will help keep the bread moist. 

Banana bread can be made with many variations, such as adding nuts or chocolate, or using different types of bread, such as whole wheat flour, whole wheat flour or almond flour. But there is nothing wrong with the recipe, the moist banana  will have a soft, slightly sweet taste and the pleasant aroma of ripe bananas.

Here is a moist banana bread recipe that makes a  9x5 inch loaf:



Ingredients:

1. 3 ripe bananas, mashed
2. 1/3 cup melted butter
3. 1 teaspoon baking soda
4. Pinch of salt
5. 3/4 cup sugar
6. 1 large egg, beaten
7. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
8. 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour




Instructions:

Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Oil a 9x5-inch skillet with butter or cooking shower. 
In a large  bowl, mash  ripe bananas with a fork or potato masher. Add the melted cream. 
Add baking soda and salt into the bowl and mix thoroughly.  
Add sugar, beaten egg and vanilla extract.  
Include flour until combined. 
Be careful not to overmix as this will cause the banana bread to harden.  
Pour the dough into the greased cake mold.  
Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out of the pan. 
The middle of the bread comes out clean.  
Let the banana bread cool within the skillet for 5-10 minutes, at that point expel and put on a rack to cool totally. 
Slice and cool banana bread before eating.
