Aperol Spritz Full Recipe

What is Aperol Spritz?

Aperol Spritz is a refreshing and popular cocktail that originated in Italy. It is made with three key ingredients: Aperol, Prosecco, and soda water. Aperol is an Italian bitter liqueur that has a bright orange color and a unique flavor profile, with hints of bitter orange, rhubarb, and herbs. Prosecco is a sparkling wine that is light and fruity. When combined with Aperol and soda water, it creates a perfectly balanced and effervescent drink that is sweet, bitter, and refreshing all at once. Aperol Spritz is typically served in a wine glass over ice with a slice of orange as a garnish. It has become a popular summer drink around the world, and it's perfect for sipping on a warm day or at aperitivo time.
