Cold Cabbage Seasoning Complete Recipe


Cola Cabbage Seasoning is a sauce used to coat cabbage and other vegetables to make coleslaw. The sauce usually contains mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar, but there are also  other seasonings such as mustard, celery seed or garlic. This sauce is often mixed with chopped cabbage, carrots and other vegetables for picnics, barbecues, etc. resulting in a smooth and refreshing sauce that's perfect for toppings. Coleslaw dressing can be prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator until used. It is a versatile seasoning that can be adjusted to suit different tastes by changing the  ingredients or adding different spices.

This is the recipe for the classic coleslaw dressing:



Ingredients:

1. 1/2 cup mayonnaise

2. 1/4 cup sour cream

3. 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

4. 2 tablespoons honey

5. 1/2 teaspoon salt

6. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper




Instructions:

In a small  bowl, mix mayonnaise and sour cream until smooth. . Add apple cider vinegar and honey and mix until well combined. Season to taste with salt and pepper and stir until the sauce is smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed. Pour the dressing over the prepared coleslaw mixture and stir until the vegetables are evenly coated.  Close the lid and keep it in the refrigerator for  30 minutes. The service brings the flavors together. Stay cool and enjoy  delicious coleslaw! Note: This recipe provides enough seasoning to make 4 cups of coleslaw mix. If you make a lot, you'll need to double or triple the recipe. You can also adjust the amount of honey and vinegar according to  your personal preference.
