- 5. 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 6. Salt and pepper, to taste
- 7. 2 tablespoons olive oil
For the slaw:
- 1. 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 2. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 3. 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 4. 1 tablespoon honey
- 5. 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 6. Salt and pepper, to taste
For serving:
- 1. 8-10 small flour or corn tortillas
- 2. Sliced avocado
- 3. Salsa or hot sauce (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a small bowl, mix together the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Place the fish fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush the fillets with olive oil, then sprinkle the spice mixture over them, making sure they are evenly coated.
