1. 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, at room temperature
2. 1 cup granulated sugar
3. 1 cup brown sugar
4. 2 large eggs
5. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
6. 2 cups all-purpose flour
7. 1 teaspoon baking soda
8. 1 teaspoon cinnamon
9. 1/2 teaspoon salt
10. 3 cups old-fashioned oats
11. 1 1/2 cups raisins




Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, mix sugar, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Include the eggs one by one and beat well after each expansion. Include vanilla extricate and blend.
